James Saull

Founder

With more than 30 years in IT, James has spent 18 deeply immersed in public cloud and has more recently embraced generative AI. He has worked across multiple industries, with the past decade focused on financial services, and with organisations of all scales—from startups to global enterprises. As a Principal at Amazon Web Services and a Managing Director at Barclays, James has been at the forefront of cloud adoption. He remains passionate about helping businesses harness the technology shifts that are reshaping industry.

Ollie Saull

Cloud-based Systems Developer

Grounded in hands-on experience and supported by professional AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect Professional, Ollie works primarily with Python and AWS. As a modern “Renaissance Developer”, he works across infrastructure, backend development, automation, and operational tooling, combining serverless and container-based architectures with a strong focus on reliability, simplicity, and maintainability. He actively uses AI agents for autonomous and assisted development and to embed intelligent behaviour within applications. As a primary engineer at Numerint, Ollie works across the full lifecycle of features, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and operations.
